Harriet Huell Lampkin

Harriet Huell Lampkin is a native of Salters, South Carolina. She graduated summa cum laude from Claflin University, with a degree in Mass Communications, in 2005. She received her master’s degree in Media Studies from The Pennsylvania State University in 2007, and her law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010.

Licensed to practice law in North Carolina, South Carolina, and the United States District Court of South Carolina, Harriet begin her legal career at a boutique law firm in Durham, NC, working in the areas of employment law, litigation, and affordable housing.

Presently, Harriet wears many hats

She owns The Lampkin Law Firm, LLC. Her firm practices in the areas of auto accidents, personal injury, medical malpractice, church law, civil litigation, business formation, family law, and wills and estates, serving clients in South Carolina and North Carolina, with its primary office located in Sumter, SC.

She also works as Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs for INLIVIAN, an organization which holds a portfolio of approximately $500 million dollars in real estate.

Harriet and her husband own Jeffrey Lampkin’s Country Boy Kitchen, a soul food restaurant with multiple locations in South Carolina; The Lampkin Realty Group; and the Venue @ 118, a premiere event venue.

Harriet is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and is Co-Founder of the Jeffrey and Harriet Lampkin Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides a myriad of community service projects to multiple communities in the Southern Region of the United States.

She is happily married to the love of her life, Mr. Jeffrey Lampkin. They reside in Elgin, South Carolina.

Harriet’s personal philosophy for life is Luke 1:37, “For with God, nothing shall be impossible!”
